eBranch Demo Recreation
Partnering with the Idaho Central Credit Union we recreated their online banking experience in a platform (UXPin) that would make it more accessible to demo for potential customers.
Constraints: Budget, Fluctuating staging environment
Collaborating with the team to understand priority and expected functionality
Iteratively creating requirements and integrating this into the sprint cadence
Proactively working with the team to unblock obstacles as they come up
Determining scope and integrating that into the sprint process
Coordinating design sprint ceremonies with multiple stakeholders
Using multiple agile methodologies to solve problems/unknowns as they come up
The team fell into a sprint cadence that allows us to continuously deliver on sprint scope, while simultaneously working through requirements.
This iterative approach proved successful for the project and increased our velocity with each sprint.
